However, you notice that sometimes she starts to smile, her eyes looking forward, her mind on other things while the mouth explains all. You look behind yourself and wonder what she is smiling at.

Apparently, you put your iPod on random and put down the next song. However, not owning an iPod, I choose random numbers with my brother from my CDs and that's what it is. So. Here we go.

ZOMK WICKED WAS THE FREAKING BOMB!

Go to Chicago and do whatever you can to go see Wicked! Even get a job as an usher and seat people and then sneak and the back and watch the show! Even get an Invisibility Cloak and slip in! Anything! Do it!

After 4 days of camping (something that is NOT my forte) we went to Chicago and saw the musical, and I loved it. It totally made up for the vacation beforehand!

In other news...

I read the books Baby Be-Bop (very good and insightful) Cherokee Bat and the Goat Guys (cool storyline and characters) over the car ride to Wisconsin and Chicago. Both are by Francesa Lia Block, and I recommend them both. Also, I read Thumbsucker by Walter Kim, and recommend it if your are openminded, because if you aren't, you'll be kinda "eek"ed by it. And I finished For Whom the Bell Tolls for school... boring in some parts, good in others. But not worth reading for fun.

Wheee weapon practice tomorrow in guard! ^^ I hope I do well, I haven't practiced in a while. I'll do so tomorrow if it isn't so hot (upper 90's today!)

Also, I had a raspberry mocha frappachino at Starbucks while at Barnes and Nobles, and it was fantastic. I added some honey to it because I lurve honey. ^^ Try it sometime!

If you have any book or movie or anything recommendations, tell me, I love reading and watching new stuff. I just watched some On the Lot (reality TV show about short films- pretty good stuff) and am onto new stuff.

DING DONG GYM IS GYM- THE GYM IS DEAD, THE GYM IS DEAD- DING DONG THE WICKED GYM IS DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soooo happy! No more lunges! No more bear crawls! No more miles! No more chasing after a Frisbee while people scream at you for missing it! No more getting smacked in the thighs by soccer balls! No more struggling to breathe after swallowing heavily chlorinated pool water while floundering around searching for the water polo ball!

YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

On other news, my family and me are going to Wisconsin Dells for vacation, and possibly stopping by and seeing Wicked (awesome!) and all just checking out Chicago, which is a cool city. Check it out some time, and if you live there, that's cool.

I have to start my summer reading though. I read Catcher in the Rye and liked it, but now I have to start For Whom the Bell Tolls by Hemingway and it's long and weird and boring. Oh well. I've got a six hour ride to W.D and six hours back so it's not like I'm lacking for time. I've borrowed a friend's book and will try to get it back to him by Monday.... if I can take the adventures of the Spanish revolutionists in their mountain hideouts.

Geez.

I MADE WEAPON LINE! WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111 ALL THOSE PEOPLE THAT SAID I SUCK AT EVERYTHING BUT ACADEMICS WELL GUESS WHAT YOU ARE WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG! YOU BETTER WATCH OUT BECAUSE YOU ARE NEXT! (I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS BUT IT SOUNDS THREATENING)

I'm like OMK OMK OMK when my instructor was done with the practice and told us to come in and I was SPAZZING in my head but then he said "I think we can have a 9-person weaponline" which would include all the people trying out and I was so happy I spent the rest of the night up until 1 (on a summer gym night too) going "OMKITTTENS EEEEEEEEEEEEE I MADE IT!"

But anyway, moving on.

Summer gym is hell, but that's nothing too new. I have about 7 or so days left, 5 hours a day, ackmuffins. The only thing keeping me alive there is friends and ping-pong. xD

SCHOOL IS OUT. OH MY KITTENS. CALL THE FREAKING NEWSPAPERS BECAUSE SOLANGE SURVIVED YET ANOTHER YEAR.

Okay, so it wasn't that bad, but believe me, zooming off the bus and having a great night with friends at X-site and the mall and stuff was just fun. I would go into detail but I'm in mah sistah's laptop and it's incredibly hard to type, actually. I've made seven typos in the last four sentences.

But I start summer gym soon (tomorrow, in fact, the 12th) but stocked up on loads of books and anime and movies at the library to keep me interested. If you've got any good recommendations tell me, cause I have a pretty open mind and will watch just about anything, as well as read.

Speaking of recommendations, I say that the movie Elephant is a good movie to watch, as well at the anime Diamond Daydreams. Elephant is a movie that follows the days before and during a school shootng, including the two killers. If you like suspense movies, this is great, because you don't know (at first) who the killers are and who will or won't die.

A book recommendation is Luna, by Julie Anne Peters, about a girl who's brother is a transsexual who calls him/herself Luna when she/he is a girl. It's really deep and interesting, and the author also is pretty good at humor. If you like that book, you'd like her other books too, which I've read two others- Far From Xanadu and Between Mom and Jo.

Guard's in full swing, and I might make rifle line but we won't find out until band camp (like in three months) so I'm really nervous and trying to show off to my instructor and not screw up too much. X23 (my rifle) is getting quite a workout, and so am I.
